Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter at Knowac. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing the US residents and coordinating with both hiring managers and the candidates to keep a clear communication and help placed on the project.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of overall experience in Bench Sales Recruiting (applications with more experience will not be considered )
• Proven track record in placing US visa holders (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.) on IT projects
• Strong understanding of the US job market and current industry trends
• Excellent communication skills, including professional email writing and client / vendor interaction
• Confident in negotiating rates and closing deals with clients and vendors
• Ability to independently pull and manage requirements using platforms like , job boards, vendor networks, and personal reach
• Highly responsible and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership towards daily tasks
• Experience in creating and executing effective marketing strategies for bench candidates
• Organized in maintaining submission trackers, follow-ups, and candidate pipelines
