Overview of the Role :
The Senior Sales Development Associate (SSDA) in the Client Acquisition Management (CAM) team will be responsible for supporting front-line Client Growth Teams (CGTs) and Sales teams. This role involves assisting with the preparation and delivery of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ), customized proposals and presentations. The SSDA will play a crucial role in diagnosing client requirements and proposing suitable solutions, contributing to the success of the client and prospect engagement efforts at TresVista. The SSDA will report to the VP CAM team.
The SSDA can progress into the role as a VP. In addition to this direct progression, one will also have the option to move across into other functions and teams within the growing commercial organization at TresVista. This could include roles in Marketing, Business Development, or other client-facing teams. Such transitions will provide a broader understanding of the business and enhance versatility. Ultimately, with dedication and performance, SSDAs can advance into leadership roles within the organization.
