Job Description :
- Understanding of RF hardware and system design
- Understanding RF component characteristics and Validation : PLL, LNA, Mixer, PA, Filter, Coupler, switch etc.
- Understanding Power management components : LDO, Buck convertor etc.
- Schematic Creation in OrCAD Capture
- Guiding PCB Team for RF PCB layout and routing
- Knowledge of RF measurement techniques such as Harmonics, IP3, Noise Figure, Gain, P1dB, VSWR etc.
- Hands on experience with Lab equipment like Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, Vector network analyzer, Power meter and Signal Generator
- Experience on RF tools : ADS, AWR and HFSS etc.
Experience in RADAR subsystem / system design
Roles and Responsibility :
Frequency planning, power budget analysis and compliance to specifications / requirements.Create, review and document module level architectures for RF sub-systems.Creating project documentation needed for design, reviews, test procedures, ATP / QTP, etc.Interact with Digital Hardware, FPGA RTL, Software and Mechanical teams during design stageInvolve in testing, integration and qualification of systems.
Mandatory Skill Set :
TR Module Design, CW / Pulsed Power Amplifier design, Synthesizer Design, Up / Down Convertor Design, Lumped and Distributed element filter designHandling a team of 2 or more Engineers (Design & Sr. Design Engineers)
