The position / About the job :
Key Responsibilities in this role :
- Thermal design and configuration of the Heat transfer equipment (Compact Heat Exchangers) for customer specified applications
- Prompt handling of customer inquiries to provide premium customer experience
- Technical Bid Review & Submittals for Projects Bids
- Responsible for choosing the best technical solution for the customer
- Participate in Bid clarification meetings with customers
- Providing technical value propositions and equipment specifications to end-users and consultants
- The Product & Application Support is responsible for all technical support related to Heat Transfer Products in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemicals and Inorganic, Metals, Mining and Pulp & Paper Industry markets.
