LATAM SDR :
Hotelogix is looking for dynamic Sales Development Representative (Spanish) to join our team. An ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound & inbound calls, opportunity discovery and qualification of hospitality clients, specifically in the South American market.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with Enterprise and medium sized
- companies and agencies by phone
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail
- Develop relationships at all levels from General Manager, Revenue Manager, IT teams
- Qualify and allocate leads for sales team
- Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
- Develop and sustain knowledge of Hotelogix offerings and associated technologies
- Data-entry and lead management of company records into our CRM
- Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply this knowledge to help generate further new business
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
Candidate Profile :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.Candidates who can communicate in Portuguese along with Spanish will be preferred.Previous experience in a Spanish voice / non-voice-based processes will be preferredCandidates with Hospitality background will be preferred.BA / BS degree OR Any GraduateFresher or 01 year inside sales experience selling software or software-as-a-service preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills -Great phone personality and phone voice -Negotiation & influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person in a organizationGreat listening skills and desire to learn proper consultative selling techniquesHigh-energy and positive attitudeAttention to detail and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of workMust be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environmentAbility to quickly learn an apply new information in customer-facing scenariosConfidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leadsLead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desiredKnowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
