Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Data Entry and Production Plan Control(PPC) professional for a full-time position at our Chennai location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves managing data entry tasks, PPC campaigns, and production control planning, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency in specific software tools.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry software to efficiently and accurately input data (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in plan production control to optimize production processes and workflows (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of Tally software for accounting and financial tasks (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, creating spreadsheets, and using advanced formulas.
  • Ability in campaign budget optimization to manage advertising budgets effectively and enhance campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools to identify relevant keywords and trends for improving search engine rankings.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis to maintain data integrity and support decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in planning and controlling production processes to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize Tally software for managing accounting and financial operations, including entry of invoices and receipts.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify and implement effective keywords for improving search engine optimization.
  • Assist in optimizing campaign budgets to maximize return on investment and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Generate reports and analyze data using Excel to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of digital and paper records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
