Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Service Lead with strong expertise in Infor LX ERP to manage ITIL processes, including incident, change, configuration, release, and problem management. The role ensures seamless ERP operations, system reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee incident resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Manage ERP system changes to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate configuration records of the ERP system.
- Plan and execute system updates and new feature releases.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues through problem management .
