We, HCL, are one of the leading providers in SIAM & ITSM services, provide immense exposure to latest service management frameworks, ITSM tools and regular coaching to help shape your career better. We are scaling up Service Integration & Management (SIAM) function and looking for more people to join our big family. We are looking for skilled, engaged and curious candidates in several key positions within SIAM Consulting Team.

Role details : The role involves build / transition of the processes, perform gap analysis, requirements gathering and consultative discussions with customers & suppliers in the SIAM ecosystem, building functional specifications, provide trainings, onboard suppliers, setup Service Management Office, SIAM governance, SIAM supplier performance reporting framework.

Experience : 9 to 16 years

Skills Required :

Process development & engineering, experience leading process implementation & improvement projects, process consulting, process audits.
Performed due diligence, Assessment and GAP analysis.
Process operation Transition and maintenance support, Service quality improvement through continuous process improvements.
Strong Functional knowledge of ITSM toolsets (ServiceNow & Remedy), development or tool administration experience will be preferred
Integrations with other ITSM tools. Understanding of SIAM concepts. SLA / OLA concepts.
SIAM Certified (preferred), ITIL Intermediate (minimum).
Should be a team player and have past experience is working in a global multicultural environment.

ITIL V3 Foundation Certification and / or SIAM Foundation / Professional certification (or equivalent)

Availability to work in Noida or Bangalore.

Have prior SIAM experience or have managed in a multivendor environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience working offshore with customers in Europe or the USA.

Willing to work in either rostered shifts or client business hours (depends on role and client assigned to).

More than 7 years IT experience and at least 2 years in a relevant role.
