The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of visual design for brands across print and digital formats in line with the brand guidelines and creative concepts. You will be tasked to bring visual flair to all creative briefs, including conceptualizing visual design for brand campaigns from ground up and adapting existing campaigns for roll out.

You will work closely with our creative team in the Australia region to execute both traditional and digital brand communication projects across brands. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Sound visual design foundation – Use your craft, attention to detail and foundation in core design to deliver across various platforms in line with creative briefs.
  • Strong brand awareness - Great eye and attention to detail with the ability to interpret and work in line with overarching brand style guidelines to ensure consistency across designs.
  • Collaboration – Work with the creative department based in Australia to concept and visualize deliverables such as OOH, Print, Digital, etc. Work timings : 6 : 30 am - 3 : 30pm IST
  • Cross-channel knowledge - You will work across a variety of collateral - POS, branding, print, outdoor, social, digital and TVC formats. Familiarity with creating digital assets, social, OOH, web, mobile, etc, previous production knowledge and expertise is essential. You must have a strong technical understanding of print and prepress workflows to deliver the highest quality work.
  • Master creation and adaptation : You will need to be able to produce master visual designs for creative briefs and adapt existing designs for assets including but not limited to OOH, press, social, digital display and landing pages.
  • Autonomous - Manage roll out and finished art for campaigns ensuring the process is adhered to and all work is shared with design lead for approval.
  • Efficient time management - Your ability to manage multiple briefs, working in our fast-paced team to ensure timely execution and delivery. Be organised and detailed about file management / time tracking and meeting deadlines, whether you are working from the agency or remotely.

Key Skills : Strong design foundation, Master creation and adaptation, Cross-channel design proficiency, Creative software knowledge and application(Adobe Creative Suite), Production experience, Project management, and effective collaborative and communication skills.

In addition, in order to excel at the role, you will also need to

  • Be a natural provocative thinker and expressing your creativity through visual design comes naturally to you.
  • Be passionate for, and believe in, ideas and producing great creative work.
  • Have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other design tools that are part of your creative production process.
  • Have had at least 4 years of art experience at a well-established creative agency.
  • Have production and pre-press knowledge with expertise. Have had experience in working with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership in the creative / insights space .
  • Be imaginative, flexible, resilient, positive and collaborative.
  • Show a willingness to experiment and try new things, at the same time to be calm and patient. Not get overwhelmed or intimidated by tasks.
  • Have strong English communication skills and time management.
  • Proficient in Quick cut and other despatch programs
  • An overall a collaborative, supportive, creative team player.
