Job description7+ years (minimum 4 years of o9 experience) of experience with implementing supply chain planning applications is a MUST for Solution Architects 9+ years (minimum 5 / 6 years of o9 experience) of experience with implementing supply chain planning applications is a MUST for Sr. Solution Architects Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Dispatch (Deployment) Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is desirable Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint for analysis and presentation Experience in a planning solution deployment with respect to business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices prescription and value delivery Experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones Education : Masters Degree Degrees in the following fields : Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering) Flat organization : With a very strong entrepreneurial culture (and no corporate politics) Great people and unlimited fun at work Possibility to make a difference in a scale-up environment Travel onsite in specific phases depending on project requirements Support network : Work with a team you can learn from every day Diversity : We pride ourselves on our international working environment

Job description :
- Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to deployment of o9 solutions to customers across industries and geographies
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions design document on the o9 platform
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during the implementation and integration of the o9 platform with existing systems
- Lead the blueprinting sessions and publish the business requirements along with key design decisions and data dependencies
- Work with a team of experts to configure, solution as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring process
- Work with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution process
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new features of the o9 platform to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Support customer demonstrations
- Be a mentor and guide to junior members
