Job Title : Senior US IT Recruiter

Timezone : Pacific Central Mountain timezones preferred

Job Description :

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a hightech Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting both technical and nontechnical candidates
• Strong full cycle recruiting process and sourcing skills that go beyond keyword searches.
• Monitor track and communicate recruiting activity both in our ATS Lever as well as with hiring teams
• Must have worked with CRM Salesforce Peoplesoft ERP Software Engineering and fullstack Engineers including Nodejs React Javascript.
• Direct client recruiting experience for CTH or W2 and FTE roles.
• Excellent judgment communication and problemsolving skills
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Must be available to work in Pacific time zone
• Full time Remote
