To Control Quality of Forging product during process and Product should fulfil requirements of Customer.To Make plan For IQA, Process audit and done actual.To Make plan for Product Layout and done actual .Supportive Role to Make MRM & Organised as per Plan.Certified Lead Internal auditor for IATF / ISO.To Make Plan for SPC and done actual .Supportive role in monitoring of PPAP Part i.e. Collect Grain flow sample & PFD,CP,PFMEA and supportive document as per Customer requirement.Participate in making and reviewing of QMS documents i.e. Procedure, SOP, work Instruction etc.Ensure All Instruments which is used for inspection will be calibrated .Ensure to display Updated document online .Training provides to all Quality supervisor & Inspector about Customer requirement .Monitoring weight data and updated as per monthly basis.Supportive documents make if any required from CustomerTo make rejection PPT monthly wise & get CAPA from concern person if required.To Make Report for Grain Flow & Crack sampleTo Make plan For IQA, Process audit and done actual.To Make plan For Process & Product audit and Organised for Actual .To Make plan for Layout and done actual .Supportive Role to Make MRM .To Make Plan for SPC and done actual .Participate in making and reviewing of QMS documents .
