• Should have experience in working large rollout projects.
• Should be able to lead / drive analysis & design workshop with business.
• Should have knowledge on core finance modules.
• Should have working experience in planning module.
• Knowledgeable in Inventory & Costing
• Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating Production processes and recommending improvements.
• Worked closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization.
• Should be able to lead / manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants
• Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Worked on all the phases of a typical implementation, incl requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go Live and Support.
• Prepare detailed documentation (FDD, Fit Gap, Training Guides etc.)
• Good communication Skills
• Ready to work from Customer location
• Polish Language is mandatory
