Job Title : Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership :
- Set clear sales goals and objectives, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, coaching, and professional development.
- Sales Strategy :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and performance metrics.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and address customer needs and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Sales Operations :
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales targets, revenues, and market share.
- Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide feedback on product development and market trends to influence strategic decisions.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree or relevant certification is a plus).Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.Working Conditions and other benefits :
