Job description

Job Title : Sales Manager

Location : Sernabatim, Colva, South Goa

Department : Sales

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership :
  • Set clear sales goals and objectives, and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, coaching, and professional development.
  • Sales Strategy :
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify and address customer needs and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Sales Operations :
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales targets, revenues, and market share.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Coordination :
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on product development and market trends to influence strategic decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree or relevant certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Working Conditions and other benefits :

  • Monday - Saturday , 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
  • Work from Office
