Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

Job Purpose

Provide consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms public areas and facilities meeting the hotels standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to hotel standards and procedures
• Attend daily briefings and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Replenish guest supplies and promptly attend to guest requests
• Report damages malfunctions or unusual activities to the Supervisor
• Maintain accurate room status records and productivity reports
• Handle guest complaints tactfully and ensure timely resolution
• Perform valet services as required (e.g. linen delivery laundry processing)
• Adhere to fire safety and emergency procedures
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Attend all required meetings and training sessions
