Responsibilities
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints via voice process and other communication channels.
- Utilize CRM and support tools to document track and manage customer interactions.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance team performance.
- Handle highpressure situations while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a customerfocused approach to achieve high levels of satisfaction and resolution.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support specifically in voice processes and call handling.Strong problemsolving abilities and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in CRM and support software tools.Fluency in English along with at least one local language (Hindi Urdu Bengali).Prior experience in international call handling is a plus .Candidates must have experience in handling calls in a professional environment.
