Job Title : Customer Support Representative L2

Location : Trichy (Work From Office)

Compensation : 4 LPA

Experience : 24 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities

  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints via voice process and other communication channels.
  • Utilize CRM and support tools to document track and manage customer interactions.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance team performance.
  • Handle highpressure situations while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a customerfocused approach to achieve high levels of satisfaction and resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support specifically in voice processes and call handling.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and support software tools.
  • Fluency in English along with at least one local language (Hindi Urdu Bengali).
  • Prior experience in international call handling is a plus .
  • Candidates must have experience in handling calls in a professional environment.
