Job description

Work Location : Bangalore or Noida or Pune

Healthcare and Life Sciences experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and Qualify RFXs- (RFP, RFQ and RFI) Requests
  • Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ, RFI responses- single Service Line / Tower as well as multi Service line / Tower deals
  • Bid manage proactive proposals / responses
  • Participate in conference calls with customers along with sales team to understand the requirements
  • Manage the bid process to construct the value proposition by working with various teams – technology teams, service line teams, practices, finance, legal etc
  • Understand the scope of work stated in these RFXs, identify potential risk etc and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution
  • Participate in deal solution design and development
  • Present the solution or value proposition to the customer
  • Create Capability presentations / sales pitch for sales team for sales meetings
  • Work closely with the sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc.
  • Create capability presentations for various industry sub segments, service offering and or technology service offerings
  • Orchestrate and manage client visits- define the value themes and propositions based on the client needs
  • Work closely with marketing teams to run specific campaigns for lead generation
  • Create and manage content and repository – reusable content, case studies, standard sales / capability presentation

Skill sets

  • Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience
  • Good understanding of industry processes / domain – at least one of Healthcare and Life Sciences industry
  • Broad understanding of Technology understanding and appreciation
  • Deep Understanding on IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra, Digital, consulting etc
  • Experience of Deal solutioning (AMS, AD, ITO deals etc)
  • Keep abreast with the changing technology landscape
  • Excellent MS Word document skills
  • Excellent MS presentation creation skills
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
  • Excellent Team Player, relationship building skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) – English
  • Good Multi-tasking skills
  • Very good capability in presenting technical solutions and value proposition to the customer
