Job descriptionProvide technical leadership and promote best practices. Assist in the development of strategic planning for the department. Coach team on how to deal with stress & frustrations & is a go to person for related discussions. Encourage others to strive for continuous improvement. Contribute to the environment and structure that nurtures drive and enthusiasm within a team. Participate in gathering and preparing performance feedback for team members. Proactively seek training and developmental opportunities related to software development and recommends for self and others. Work directly with external customers to ensure proper integration with RG Infotech and to identify customer specific requirements Coordinate with PM / Sales Head / BDM and management to ensure team is focused on providing the correct customer experience Reporting to PM / Management on Daily Basis
Requirements
- In depth understanding and passion for excellence in the area of RG Infotech Core Values.
- Excellent project planning, tracking, and code documentation & QA Skills.
- Good Communication Skills and Ability to think creatively and recognize & encourage creativity in others
- Have a passion for working to develop people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for Software Development and well-versed in Popular PHP Frameworks.
- Experience with MVC architecture and various development frameworks / technologies such as : CI, Laravel, Magento, OpenCart, Shopify and related other skills.
- Experience with GitHub, HubSpot and Salesforce is a bonus.
