Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementations.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including customization, configuration, and integration.
Certifications : Relevant certifications in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 are preferred.
