Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Specialist to help generate leads for our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for creating demand for our platform and services.
  • Research our ideal customer profile (ICP), understand their needs, and find the best ways to reach them.
  • Plan and run inbound and outbound campaigns across different channels.
  • Research keywords and competitors and create content for campaigns.
  • Work with content creators to develop the materials needed for campaigns.
  • Manage outbound campaigns by setting up messaging, target lists, and cold calling prospects.
  • Manage inbound campaigns by creating messaging, setting up conversion tracking, and retargeting.
  • Measure and improve the performance of campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Set up landing pages and run A / B tests to improve conversions.
  • Provide information to the web and product teams to improve our offerings.
  • Report important metrics like CPL, conversion rates, and bookings every week.

Required Skills :

  • 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation and outbound sales, especially in the HRTech or IT staffing industries, targeting US and UK markets.
  • Expert in using lead research tools like Clay, Sales Navigator, and others.
  • Hands-on experience with cold emailing tools like Apollo.io and SmartLeads.
  • Experience with setting up campaigns on Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, MS Clarity, and Amplitude.
  • Experience using CRMs like PipeDrive to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and convert decision-makers.
