Sr. Director, Operations (Product Lead)
What does a TaskUs SeniorDirector, Operations (Product Lead) really do? Think of yourself as a strategic leader whose primary responsibility is to align and lead the Operations team to flawless delivery globally. A transformative change agent who excels at building and maintaining relationships. This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between different regions of the globe, specifically making sure that best practices and lessons learned are flowing from region to region to drive shared success.

As a SeniorDirector, Operations (Product Lead) , you will :
Offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective project management strategies
Develop a deep understanding of the TaskUs portfolio of Services and Solutions
Partner consistently with Client Services and Operations personnel and work as one team in front of the clients
Support quarterly business reviews with thought leadership and present growth opportunities in this forum
Establishing goals, analyzing growth and providing accurate / complete submission of required progress reports, forecast and status of opportunities within operations
Able to set up global strategy and ops model yet quick to adjust depending on business and frontline needs
Work closely with Client services teams to interface with clients and be the primary contact for program-level discussions.
Able to effectively lead global teams without being the direct line manager of global site operations and function leaders.
Champion frontline-first operations and bring together a “global village” approach to global operations
Drive alignment of processes across all regions supporting the program
Can architect global operations to deliver minimal surprises from a tactical and operational level
Ridiculously good track record and ability to come up with both tested-and-proven and outside-the-box solutions for global teams
Do you have what it takes to become a SeniorDirector, Operations (Product Lead)?
Requirements :
10+ years of operations management experience
Experience in BPO, with managing multi-site and client relations prior experience as an advantage
Strong communication skills; client communication is an asset
Exceptional presentation acumen and experience
A passion for revolutionary technology solutions
Energetic and self-motivated
Able to work both independently and on a team
Required : because this is a global role, this person must be able to travel 50-75%
Previous experience in leading content moderation, and social media teams is an advantage
