Business Development Associate Responsibilities-

  • Initiate engagement with prospective students via multiple channels (telephone, email, webinars) to ascertain their academic goals and needs.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding our EdTech products and services, illustrating how these solutions can assist in achieving students' educational aspirations.
  • Coordinate and maintain a healthy relationship with B2C.
  • Work quickly to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups to address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and enrollment figures.
  • Encourage high sales and good customer service practices

Basic Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field from an accredited college or university.
  • 0-1 years of experience in the B2C Sales division.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu.
  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc).
  • Preferred Qualifications-

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at one time.
