As we scale, we’re building a tech-first, human-driven ecosystem that simplifies loan discovery, application, and disbursal.

About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to drive multi-channel engagement with our student and parent audiences. You’ll own the full lifecycle of communication — from awareness to conversion to retention — via email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app, and more. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of marketing, product, and ops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end drip campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app notifications for lead nurturing, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Design and optimize automated workflows based on lead stage, behavior, and cohort — e.g., instant eligibility check follow-ups, EMI calculators, offer triggers.
  • Segment and personalize communications using AI-assisted tools and data insights (from HubSpot, Clearbit, website analytics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to ensure messages align with student journeys and sales stages.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance with A / B testing, lead scoring, CTR / CVR analysis, and behavioral triggers.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, ensure accurate tagging, and track lead-to-disbursement pipelines in sync with loan ops and partner teams.
  • Work with automation and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, ElevenLabs, GPT) to reduce manual touchpoints and scale 1 : 1 communication.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in fintech, edtech, or consumer SaaS
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing automation (email + WhatsApp / SMS)
  • Strong data chops — able to analyze funnels, conversion rates, and campaign metrics
  • Excellent written communication and an instinct for UX-friendly messaging
  • Creative problem-solver who’s obsessed with delivering value and clarity to users
  • Comfortable with fast-moving, iterative environments and AI-first workflows
  • Good-to-Have

  • Familiarity with loan or financial product lifecycle
  • Exposure to student / study-abroad or emerging markets customer personas
  • HTML / CSS familiarity for email templates
