Position Overview :
We're seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing & Brand with proven end to end expertise in defining and executing the full marketing strategy, elevating brand presence both in India and globally, and leading a multi disciplinary marketing department.
This role demands deep experience in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, stakeholder and partner management, ideally from the access control, B2B SaaS, or IT product industries.
Key Leadership & Brand Ownership :
- Develop and own comprehensive marketing and brand strategies for India and international markets, aligned to the company's business goals.
- Define, implement and monitor KPIs for lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition and ROI.
- Lead brand positioning and uplift initiatives-ensuring consistent brand messaging and identity globally.
Department Management & Team Building :
Oversee and mentor in house teams (branding, performance marketing, SEO, content, digital) and agencies to deliver on strategy.Maintain close coordination with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and external partners / stakeholders for integrated GTM execution.Branding & Content Strategy :
Guide the branding team to architect impactful campaigns, corporate identity refreshes, and global brand experiences.Oversee editorial calendar for blogs, thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and video content.Performance & Digital Marketing :
Master performance channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, LinkedIn / email marketing), optimizing campaigns for traffic, lead quality, conversion, and ROI.Lead performance marketing initiatives using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics, and pay per click platforms.Product Marketing & GTM :
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape GTM strategies for new features, packaging, messaging, and collateralProvide sales enablement materials-battle cards, datasheets, demo scripts, and train sales teams.Stakeholder & Partner Management :
Develop strategic partnerships (e.g., events, industry analysts, tech alliances) to boost brand and demand.Manage executive communications internally and externally-reporting directly to C suite and liaising with key stakeholders.Budget & Data Analytics :
Own marketing budget and optimize ROI across channels.Use analytics and reporting frameworks to track funnel metrics, acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness. 15+ years in B2B product marketing leadership, ideally in access control, B2B SaaS, or IT product (enterprise) industries.Demonstrated success in branding initiatives that elevated corporate presence.Proven ability in product marketing-GTM, positioning and sales enablement collateral.Strong leader-capable of building and scaling teams, managing agencies, and collaborating across functions with analytical mind-set, with data fluency in tracking & optimizing KPIs and marketing spend.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.MBA preferred (top-tier Indian or international institution is a plus).ref : iimjobs.com)
