Role Overview :

This role requires managing travel needs from start to finish. As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will work directly with clients to offer customized travel solutions and ensure a smooth, hassle-free booking experience. In the role of a Travel Sales Consultant, you will help customers plan, book, and personalize their travel itineraries, all while driving conversions and delivering top-notch service

Location : Goa, Panjim India

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Experience Required : 1–2 years in Travel Sales

Shifts & Offs : Rotational

Key Responsibilities :

  • Interact with clients to understand and fulfill their travel requirements.
  • Recommend and sell tailored travel solutions, including flights, accommodations, activities, tours, and holiday packages.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Offer expert guidance on destinations, cultural norms, climate conditions, and local attractions
  • Stay up to date with market trends, travel routes, and promotional offers. Continuously update knowledge of travel industry trends and destination details
  • Manage travel documentation and provide seamless post-sales support

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, packages, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to client situations.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
