To accelerate our growth and expand our operations, we are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead our fundraising efforts and strengthen investor relations.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Fundraising Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to secure investment from venture capitalists, angel investors, and institutional funding sources.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment materials, including pitch decks and financial forecasts, tailored to investor requirements.

2) Investor Relations :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors by articulating NNIIT's vision, growth potential, and financial performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor communications, including progress updates and due diligence inquiries.
  • 3) Deal Structuring & Negotiations :

  • Lead negotiations on funding terms and collaborate with legal teams to finalize agreements.
  • Manage the entire investment lifecycle, from initial discussions to closing deals.
  • 4) Collaboration with Leadership :

  • Partner with NNIIT's leadership team to align funding initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Provide insights to optimize capital deployment and financial planning.
  • 5) Industry Representation :

  • Represent NNIIT at investor summits, EdTech conferences, and other industry forums.
  • Leverage an established network to attract high-quality investment opportunities.
  • Experience :

  • 7–10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Proven track record in fundraising for startups or high-growth companies.
  • Skills :

  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Network :

  • Well-connected in the investment community, with access to venture capital and angel networks.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
