Inside sales reps are responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls and emails.A significant part of their role involves understanding customer requirements and identifying how the company's products or services can meet those needs.Maintaining a database of current and potential customers is essential.They must stay informed about product features benefits and updates to effectively explain offerings to customers and provide demonstrations when necessary.The SDR would be liable to go ahead and speak to the Clients and they would be responsible for bringing the Campaign for the Organization.Preferred candidate profile
