We're looking for a ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience in Sales and Order Management (SOTM) for a flexible freelance role. This gig is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to an exciting product while managing other work commitments.

Must-Haves :

Minimum 1 full implementation of ServiceNow SOTM ( Sales and Order Management )
Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SOTM modules
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team
Ready to explain your exact role and responsibilities in your past SOTM implementation during the interview

What You’ll Do :

Advise on best practices and process improvements

Guide integrations and configurations for SOTM

Collaborate with our team to drive a successful implementation

Interview Requirement : We will ask you to clearly explain your contribution in a past SOTM implementation project. Be ready to speak to your functional and technical involvement .
