Cost Accountant - Working knowledge of SAP (MM & FI module), Budgeting, Statutory Compliances related to Costing, , Inventory management, Variance analysis of expenses, periodic general ledger scrutiny, Taxation, MIS related to costing, Cost Audit, Management presentation.

• Preparation of Product cost statements and profitability statements
• Analysis and MIS of Product / Division / unit wise profitability
• Preparation of monthly management reports on material consumption and analysing variances
• BOM analysis and consumption analysis
• Product Mix Analysis and overhead analysis
• Analysing and reporting the differences in the estimated and actual costs incurred
• Ensuring accurate inventory Valuation
• Calculating Machine Hour rates and overhead rates and maintaining standard costs in SAP
• Effective partnering with business and other stakeholders for cost optimization, product pricing and decision making
• Preparing annexures and coordinating for completion of cost audit
• Ensuring adherence to various requirements for cost audit compliance
