About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated student intern for a Corporate Development Associate role. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a self-driven, strategically minded student with a passion for business development and strategic partnerships.

About the Internship :

As a Corporate Development Associate, you will work on strategic partnership analysis, business development initiatives, and market expansion strategies. You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple mini-projects across various corporate development domains. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to corporate development in a FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities As part of the internship, you will work through a structured set of assignments designed to enhance your understanding of corporate development principles and practices. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Partnership Strategy

  • Research potential strategic partners
  • Create partnership value proposition frameworks
  • Develop partnership evaluation criteria

  • Create financial models for strategic initiatives

    • Deal Execution Support

  • Create term sheet templates
  • Develop due diligence checklists
  • Build integration planning frameworks
  • Design partnership performance metrics

    • Capstone Project

  • Complete an end-to-end corporate development project including : Partnership strategy, Market analysis, Business case development, and Implementation plan
