Position : Senior Manager / Team Lead – Real Estate Sales (Holiday Destination Projects)
Location : Gurgaon
Employment Type : Full-time / Contractual (as per requirement)
Experience : 3–12 years in Real Estate Direct Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations for real estate projects focused on holiday and second-home destinations such as Shimla, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Goa, Haridwar, and Jim Corbett.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and execute sales plans across targeted geographies.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team; set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly / quarterly goals.
- Leverage deep connections within the real estate and brokerage ecosystem to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling for premium and leisure real estate buyers.
- Liaise with builders, developers, and channel partners to promote inventory and negotiate commercial terms.
- Oversee client relationship management from lead generation to post-sale services.
- Represent the company at property expos, client meetings, and project site visits across locations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in real estate sales (residential / holiday homes) with builder firms or brokerage houses in Delhi NCR.Must have sold or led teams selling projects across at least 3–4 holiday markets like Goa, Uttarakhand, or Himachal Pradesh.Strong network with channel partners, IPCs, and HNI / NRI investors.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Ability to travel occasionally to project sites for client engagement and team coordination.Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities.
