We are seeking an experienced Biomedical Manager to lead our biomedical engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing biomedical engineering services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement strategic plans for biomedical engineering services, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Team Management : Lead and manage a team of biomedical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.

3. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Joint Commission, FDA, and OSHA. Identify and mitigate risks associated with medical equipment.

4. Quality Improvement : Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance biomedical engineering services and patient care.

5. Budgeting and Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets for biomedical engineering services, including equipment maintenance and repair.

6. Collaboration and Communication : Foster strong relationships with clinical staff, department leaders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

7. Technology Evaluation and Implementation : Evaluate and recommend new medical equipment and technologies to support organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum 12 years of experience in biomedical engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.

3. Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) or Certified Clinical Engineer (CCE) certification preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of medical equipment, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
