About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Freight Forwarding or Logistics to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and other HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding :
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding roles.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance :
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, terminations, and conflict resolution.
  • Payroll & Compensation :
  • Collaborate with finance to process payroll, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Training & Development :
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
  • Conduct workshops on compliance, soft skills, and leadership development.
  • HR Operations & Performance Management :
  • Implement HR policies, maintain records, and manage HRMS software.
  • Drive performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Workforce Planning & Employee Engagement :
  • Develop employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software & Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
