Position : Client Sales Development Representative
Location : Remote, Office in Bangalore / Gurugram
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Work Timings : 6 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM (US Shift)
Experience Required : 2+ years (1+ years in US Sales)

About the role :
We’re looking for a rockstar SDR who wants to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and generate business leads for our client.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads for our client through direct prospecting and outreach
- Contact potential customers through cold calls, email campaigns, and messages
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product modules
- Build rapport & long-term relationships with prospects
- Document all relevant information on relevant CRM tools, maintain & nurture list of potential leads to follow-up with in the future
- Stay updated on ICP, competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, lead acquisition methods, etc
- Keep track of metrics & optimize for better conversion rate
Requirements
2-4 years of relevant work experience as an Enterprise BDR / SDR or Account Executive in B2B SaaS companies is mandatory. (Relevant experience with target ICP of CX level leaders of Revenue departments, or relevant experience in Salestech, Lead Generation, IT Services & Consulting companies is a plus)Hands on experience using Sales tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM like HubSpot, etcTrack record of meeting assigned sales quotaHands-on experience using multiple outbound sales techniquesExcellent communication, rapport building, presentation, and negotiation skillsBachelor / s degree is requiredProven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teamsCustomer-centric mindset & attention to detail
