Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the SEO Senior Executive (ASO) at #ARM Worldwide in Gurugram. The Senior Executive will be responsible for conducting SEO audits, keyword research, link building, web analytics, and marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and visibility.
Keyword Research and Optimization : Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for websites and mobile applications.
Performance Recommendations : Research and implement SEO and ASO performance improvement recommendations.
Competitor Analysis : Analyze competitors' website and app listing that rank high on SERP / ASRP.
Content Strategy : Develop holistic content strategies based on competition benchmarking, product offerings, and industry best practices.
Development Collaboration : Work with product development to create valuable website pages based on high-performing competition sites.
Conduct Ad hoc Analysis : Conduct SEO / ASO analysis using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog and more to identify opportunities and issues.
Best Practices Implementation : Ensure SEO and ASO best practices are properly implemented in new code or app versions.
Content Collaboration : Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO / ASO in content creation and programming.
Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, build strong relationships, and understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum results.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, designers, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives and deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
Qualifications
SEO Audits, Keyword Research, and Link Building skills
Web Analytics and Marketing expertise
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing SEO & ASO campaigns and delivering results for clients.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO & ASO best practices.
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing client relationships, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
