Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Change Coordinator to oversee and manage SDWAN & LAN change requests. The ideal candidate will ensure that all changes are assessed, approved, and implemented efficiently, minimizing disruptions to business operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, enforcing change management policies, and ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Change Management & Coordination :

  • Manage and oversee SDWAN & LAN change requests throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all changes are properly logged, assessed, and categorized based on risk and impact.
  • Coordinate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings to review and approve changes.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to IT services by properly planning and scheduling changes.
  • Identify potential risks and conflicts associated with planned changes and take appropriate mitigation actions.

Stakeholder & Process Management :

  • Work closely with network engineers, infrastructure teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of changes.
  • Track and monitor change requests, ensuring adherence to SLA and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate change details, risks, and impact to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-change reviews and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failed or unplanned changes.
  • Policy & Compliance Enforcement :

  • Enforce change management policies in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Ensure that all change records are documented with proper approvals and risk assessments.
  • Monitor and report on change success rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the change management process.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Coordination & Management, specifically handling SDWAN & LAN changes.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms).
  • Experience working with CAB processes and change risk assessments.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to minimize service disruptions.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies (SDWAN, LAN, WAN, Firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
  • Certifications Required :

  • ITIL Certification (Mandatory)
  • PMP Certification (Preferred)
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Previous experience in a large enterprise environment with complex network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps & CI / CD integration with change management.
