Vehicle Procurement Specialist
Purpose
The Vehicle Procurement Specialist is responsible for the acquisition of new vehicles, including a wide range of makes, models, and specialty vehicles such as buses. Additionally, they will oversee the client incentive OEM program and manage the reconciliation of pending incentive accounting.
Responsibilities
- Review and ensure the quality of vehicle orders
- Assist the Fleet Acquisition Manager in managing the business portfolio of fleet vehicles
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Services Team, Strategic Consulting) to provide industry product knowledge and support as needed
- Acquire and distribute product materials and incentives to the Regional Sales Manager
- Aid the Fleet Acquisition Manager in tracking Key Performance Indicators for accountability purposes
- Assist in the issuance, tracking, and follow-up on dealer and upfit vendor purchase orders and invoices

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferredProven experience in vehicle procurement or fleet managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management softwareStrong understanding of automotive industry trends and vehicle specifications
