Job Description

Vehicle Procurement Specialist

Purpose

The Vehicle Procurement Specialist is responsible for the acquisition of new vehicles, including a wide range of makes, models, and specialty vehicles such as buses. Additionally, they will oversee the client incentive OEM program and manage the reconciliation of pending incentive accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure the quality of vehicle orders
  • Assist the Fleet Acquisition Manager in managing the business portfolio of fleet vehicles
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Services Team, Strategic Consulting) to provide industry product knowledge and support as needed
  • Acquire and distribute product materials and incentives to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Aid the Fleet Acquisition Manager in tracking Key Performance Indicators for accountability purposes
  • Assist in the issuance, tracking, and follow-up on dealer and upfit vendor purchase orders and invoices

  • Requirements

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in vehicle procurement or fleet management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and vehicle specifications
