We are seeking a competent Business Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients negotiating deals and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong negotiation skills and active listening abilities. Additionally the candidate should be techsavvy and able to adapt to new software and systems quickly.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain product pricing and delivery timelines.

Create multiple proposals in Zoho Books for requirements generated by the sales team.

Ability to manage requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback through quick proposal submission postrequirement gathering by the sales team.

Followup with customers at regular intervals to track the status of proposals submitted.

Maintain a proposal tracker and update status in weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Strong relationship management skills.

Data collection of prospective clients and maintaining hygiene in Zoho CRM.

Graduate (Preferred : BBM BBA & B. Com).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
