Job description

Cold Calling Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the IT industry to introduce our products / services and generate leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for further discussions with the sales team.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update lead information, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and close appointments.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Any Bachelor's degree with relevant cold calling experience
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
