Tracon espl is an Export House providing Home Textiles to retailers in the US, UK, Europe & other countries around the world. Our head office is in Mumbai, Sales office in Gurgaon and Factory in Tamil Nadu.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Mumbai. The Merchandiser will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, coordinating with the factory, following up on daily tasks, managing sales pipeline & doing research on market opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with suppliers, providing answers to Buying Agents & Customers, planning sample development, following up on open taks analyzing sales trends, and implementing marketing strategies. The Merchandiser will also ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained & new products are developed to offer to the customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Export House Merchandising
• Knowledge of International Marketing for Home Textiles / Fashion
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends & prepare forecasts
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in merchandising or a related role is required
