Have 1–3 years of experience in D2C sales and customer service (especially in wellness, beauty, or ecommerce). Love talking to people, solving problems, and making systems more efficient. Know your way around tools like Shopify, and basic Excel / Google Sheets. Are mission-driven and excited to build a brand that truly changes lives.
