Role : Golf Travel Specialist & Experience Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Hyderabadi. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel plans, providing recommendations, booking reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be handling and creating experiences for clients from various countries. Golftripz currently builds and manages holidays experiences to more than 40+ countries / destinations and requires the Specialist to be detail oriented, love engaging with clients and enjoy creating new vacation plans. A candidate who is interested in the field of Travel or with a background in Travel is preferred .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish contact with leads received, prepare requested itineraries, follow up and complete the sales cycle with clients (confirm final itinerary, confirm all bookings at destination, ensure receipt of payment)
  • Customer relationship management
  • Handle the online instant messaging from worldwide clients that you receive on our various platforms
  • Develop new packages and product offerings and ensure the website is updated and client ready at all times
  • Handle email & whatsapp marketing calendar
  • Maintain all relevant databases and ensure that they are up-to-date
  • Liaise with partners / suppliers to procure quotes & tour costing
  • Reservation Management for confirmed bookings
  • Initiate and implement new systems and / or processes whenever required
  • Website Maintenance (non-technical) preparing content, adding content, updating content, coordinating with website maintenance and seo partners for updations and problem solving)
  • Any other operational and administrative requirements, for eg, manning stalls / booths at events
  • Handle other responsibilities as and when required.

Required Skills

  • A Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Education in Travel / Tourism is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Internet savvy
  • Computer savvy, with knowledge of MS office
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and booking platforms
  • Willing to travel if necessary
  • A strong customer focus and interest in travel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Experience in sales or the travel industry is a plus
