Job Summary :

Mantra Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities and manage the entire business division.

This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable results aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of end-to-end P&L management for the assigned business division.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to ensure business targets are met.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements where needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting for upper management.
• Identify and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management.
• Proven experience in managing P&L and leading business units.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
