Job description

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with fluency in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and be capable of gathering business requirements, configuring the system, and ensuring successful implementations. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for working with international clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM needs and pain points .

Translate business requirements into functional specifications .

Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to align business processes with Dynamics 365 capabilities.

  • Solution Design & Configuration
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules , including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service .

    Define and implement business rules, workflows, automation, and custom entities .

    Ensure optimal security roles and access controls within the CRM system.

  • User Training & Adoption
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users in Spanish and English .

    Develop user manuals, training materials, and best practices documentation.

    Provide guidance on CRM best practices and adoption strategies .

  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients.

    Participate in pre-sales activities , including product demonstrations and proposal discussions.

    Support business teams in defining CRM roadmaps and digital transformation strategies .

  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Develop test plans and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .

    Identify and troubleshoot functional and integration issues .

    Work with developers to validate customizations and ensure solution quality.

  • Deployment & Post-Implementation Support
  • Assist in CRM system rollout and go-live support .

    Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues efficiently.

    Work with the technical team to implement enhancements and system updates .

  • Collaboration with Technical Teams
  • Work with developers, integration teams, and architects to design and deliver tailored solutions.

    Define data migration and integration requirements with third-party applications.

    Ensure seamless integration with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services .

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices .

    Identify opportunities for process automation and CRM optimization .

    Suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency .

    Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Experience with business process automation using Power Platform.
  • Ability to configure workflows, business rules, and entities in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written & verbal).
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Azure, or third-party integrations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
