We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with fluency in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and be capable of gathering business requirements, configuring the system, and ensuring successful implementations. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for working with international clients.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM needs and pain points .
Translate business requirements into functional specifications .
Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to align business processes with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules , including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service .
Define and implement business rules, workflows, automation, and custom entities .
Ensure optimal security roles and access controls within the CRM system.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users in Spanish and English .
Develop user manuals, training materials, and best practices documentation.
Provide guidance on CRM best practices and adoption strategies .
Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients.
Participate in pre-sales activities , including product demonstrations and proposal discussions.
Support business teams in defining CRM roadmaps and digital transformation strategies .
Develop test plans and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
Identify and troubleshoot functional and integration issues .
Work with developers to validate customizations and ensure solution quality.
Assist in CRM system rollout and go-live support .
Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues efficiently.
Work with the technical team to implement enhancements and system updates .
Work with developers, integration teams, and architects to design and deliver tailored solutions.
Define data migration and integration requirements with third-party applications.
Ensure seamless integration with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services .
Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices .
Identify opportunities for process automation and CRM optimization .
Suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency .
