The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, focusing on transformer sales to EPC clients and direct transformer clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in the transformer industry.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders to clients.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery to clients.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and market conditions to management.
  • The Profile

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in transformer sales, with a strong network of EPC and transformer clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics in the transformer industry and EPC sector.
  • Candidates based in Meerut or Delhi NCR will be preferred.
