Tekla & SDS2 Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled SDS2 & Tekla Team leader to join our team in Nashik. This full-time role requires a professional with a senior-level aptitude in structural steel detailing, equipped with 7 to 12 years of industry experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of detailing projects, aligning with our company's standards of excellence.

Roles And Responsibilities : -

• Review and check detailed structural steel drawings and ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage detailing phases from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to team members to enhance the accuracy and quality of detailing work.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in detailing plans.
• Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within the stipulated time frame and budget.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable international standards and building codes in detailing works.
• Oversee the documentation and maintenance of project records and ensure they are updated and accurate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize detailing processes and methodologies.
