Export Sales Support

Job Profile :

• Export Sales & Customer Servicing
• Production planning as per customer's requirement, ETA with the production team
• Order booking in system (SAP)
• Container stuffing planning as per shipment
• Scan document sharing with customers
• Follow-up with documentation team for pending documents
• Maintain good customer service by addressing customer emails and responding on time
• Coordinating with plants for samples and dispatch on time
• Requirements of SAP Knowledge (Module Name & Details) : Not mandatory but preferred
• Specific Requirements (If any) : (i) Good English communication (email drafting)

ii)Basic knowledge of export operations & delivery terms.
