Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description : Brief Description :

Airbus India is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital and Information Management

D&IM) function. This position will be based in Bangalore, India. D&IM is rapidly evolving to support the

massive growth of Airbus Group India, and agile ways of working, new digital capabilities and an enhanced

customer mindset are key facets of this evolution.

Key Deliverables :

1. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of IT

Infrastructure Solutions and 5666666 with technical support rendered by SMEs in India and Europe.

2. You will ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates

and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project.

3. You will participate in and ensure E2E conversations regarding budget, resourand56 Y 667 timeline

and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings.

4. To be a successful Project Manager, you will be ensuring tha all deliveries of IM products and

services are in alignment with desired business outcomes, effectively established and articulated.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Create and manage project plans, monitor and review project progress and timelines, adjust

schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.

2. Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget.

This includes on-time entry and approvals for project timesheets.

3. Facilitate and own the creation of Airbus Architecture Dossier for standard and complex projects, by

interfacing with Technical Architects and SMEs, as needed.

4. You will be maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, and addressing their needs

through empathy with their environment, therefore ensuring that stakeholder needs, concerns or

complaints are understood and addressed in accordance with organizational policy.

Knowledge and Skills

1. Technical Graduate with at least 12 to 16 years of professional experience.

2. Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience, ideally PMP or Prince2 certified

3. Track record of executing multi million USD projects.

4. Very good English skills (minimum C1).

5. Very good comprehension and presentation skills on management level.

6. Very good intercultural collaboration skills.

7. Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure services in large global enterprises

8. Broad knowledge of Collaboration & Workplace Technology, Solutions, Providers and Services.

9. Experience in collaborating with Business Application Managers.

10. Ability to work with no guidance with a sense of accountability during the complete project lifecycle.
