Strategic Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with product and engineering goals

Program Oversight : Lead and manage multiple programs within product and engineering, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key objectives

Leadership : Ability to lead the creation of programs in a highly ambiguous environment; form the right stakeholder teams and implement methods for program management coordination and execution

Process Improvement :  Identify inefficiencies and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and quality standards

Stakeholder Engagement :  Engage closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to steer critical programs from start to finish

Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate clear and concise communication between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines

Executive Communication :  Facilitate transparent communication, simplifying complex matters into actionable updates for executives

Risk and Dependency Management : Proactively identify risks and dependencies while escalating impediments and mitigating risks that may impact delivery or operational effectiveness

Performance Tracking : Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and operational efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise with teams across the organization, including support, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution of operational strategies

Mindset : Leading all program efforts through influence and a supporting mindset

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in program management within product operations or related fields

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex programs in a fast-paced environment

Adept at building strong, trusting relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Outstanding team building and management skills, encompassing conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building

Critical thinking prowess for resolving intricate and uncertain challenges.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams

Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
