But now we want to be even better! We’re looking for an Azure Integration Technical Lead for our Global Enterprise Integration department at IT in the Global IT Delivery Centre (GITDC), Pune.

We are looking for a colleague to expand our integration team. You have a great interest for integration and a passion to break down complex integration challenges into simple design and solutions that can be maintained efficiently.

About the job

The integration team provides IT solutions for all information exchange between applications within Alfa Laval or between Alfa Laval and external parties. We have started a transition moving to more API and cloud-based solutions which you will be a part of.

As integration technical lead you will provide solution architecture for information exchange between applications within Alfa Laval or between Alfa Laval and external parties. The position is also vital in the activity to define the future Alfa Laval integration target architecture.

You will participate in architecture forums and take decisions regarding technical solutions in accordance with the reference architecture for integration. You will also act as an advisor to information requestors when discussing external or internal integration possibilities.

You will be leading and guiding a group of integration developers. The interest and passion to understand both the business and the technical design is vital

As a part of the job, you will also keep yourself updated with new technology and emerging trends in the field of integration.

What you know?

To succeed in this role, you have an interest in Computer Science. It is fundamental that you are interested in understanding the challenges related to integration and how to overcome them by bringing in new ideas and having an open mindset.

What are we looking for?

Currently working as an Azure technical lead with a total experience between 8-10 years.

Good understanding and experience from the integration domain.

Hands-on experience in C# and Azure services.

Hands-on experience working as a developer.

Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements.

Communication, collaboration, and curiosity is a must.

Leadership skills and soft skills should be a part of your personality.

Good to know :

Experience in Agile Methods and Tools (SAFe, SCRUM, DevOps).

CI / CD pipeline hands-on knowledge.

Some experience in bridging the gap between Business owners, Product owners and Developers.

Upon joining : The selected candidate will be given training to transition from Azure Integration Technical Lead to Integration Solution Architect role for 3 months in the Global Enterprise Integration team.
